Welcome to Pivvy

These terms are an agreement between you and Zeha Fofana Freeman ("Pivvy," "we," or "us"). By creating an account or using the Pivvy app or getpivvy.com, you agree to these terms, our Community Rules, and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Pivvy.

Who can use Pivvy

You must be at least 18 years old. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens on your account. Please give accurate information when you sign up.

Pivvy is in beta

Pivvy is still being built and tested. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the app may sometimes be unavailable.

Your sizing

You can add your height, sizes, measurements, and weight. As a User, your sizing is private unless you choose to show it on a post. As a Creator, your sizing shows on your profile and posts, except your weight, which only shows if you turn on Show my weight. Please keep your sizing honest, because other people rely on it.

Match percents are an estimate based on the sizing people enter. They're meant to help, not to promise that something will fit.

Your posts

You own the photos, videos, and words you post. By posting, you give Pivvy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, show, and share your posts inside Pivvy and in links to them, only to run and improve the service. This license ends when you delete the post or your account, except for copies other people already shared outside Pivvy.

Only post things you have the right to post. Don't post photos or videos of other people without their permission.

What's not allowed

• Anything that breaks the Community Rules, including comments about anyone's body or weight.
• Harassment, hate, threats, or bullying.
• Nudity, sexual content, or anything illegal.
• Fake sizing, impersonating someone, or spam.
• Trying to break, overload, or get around the app's safety features.

We may remove content or suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

Brands and shopping

Pivvy is not a store. Nothing is sold in the app. Brands and items mentioned in posts are people's own opinions, and Pivvy isn't connected with those brands unless we say so.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account any time in Settings. Your profile, posts, and comments are hidden right away, and everything is deleted for good after 30 days, unless you log back in and choose to restore it. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.

No guarantees

Pivvy is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it running and safe, but we can't promise it will always work, be free of mistakes, or that any clothing will fit you. To the fullest extent the law allows, Pivvy isn't responsible for indirect or unexpected losses from using the app, and our total responsibility to you is limited to $100.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make a big change, we'll let you know in the app or by email before it takes effect. Using Pivvy after a change means you accept the new terms.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of North Dakota, United States.
